Martin Guerre London closing version, to be precise. I understand the reordering of the show in the revised version to introduce Arnaud earlier, but the show lost more than it gained. Benoit was a much more interesting character originally, the explanation of the religious conflict and the need for Martin and Bertrande's marriage was much stronger, and setting fire to Louison was awesome.

And I want Cameron to hand all the drafts over to Eric Schaeffer and let him work out yet another version, from all of it, because I still think this show can work, preferably in a more intimate setting, and Eric's the best guy to do that. Not just saying that because I love Signature Theatre, but Cameron trusted him with the US premiere of The Fix, let him revise Witches of Eastwick (in fairness, it was Eric's second shot at Witches, since he directed the original production), and he actually came to Eric's production of LM (so did Alain Boublil). He's doing Miss Saigon in August. I really, really hope someday Cameron lets him have free reign with Martin.

I've been trying to get into Saigon, but the lyrics keep putting me off, being as they are for the most part, awful.

They suffer from the same problem Les Mis has in that they're often too florid and faux-poetic, but Saigon goes and turns the metaphors up to 11, making the whole thing sound very hackneyed and trite.

I guess this is as good of a place for this as anywhere.

I haven't really seen any other BS show other than parts of Miss Saigon and a few songs from LRF, and I do like what I've seen.

Miss Saigon is also returning to London. http://broadwayworld.com/article/Video- ... r-20130628

I haven't listened to any song from all of them except The Pirate Queen, and despite the bad reviews, I think I'll Be There is wonderful! After all, Hadley Fraser sang it... what could go wrong?
Whenever I see either Roy, 'Pony, Enjy, Mari, Fantine, Comb, Couf, Jehan, Joly, and Gav, I fangirl... too much. (Do you guys know who Roy is? Well, if you barricaders go online to the new performers, you might know... :D)

I voted for Miss Saigon because it's my favorite of the others, but I just watched a boot of Pirate Queen last night and it was great.
Tomorrow will come no matter what, but it is up to you to make it better than today.
