I once had friend who actually COULD. I told her that no one can lick their elbow and she said she could, and I said 'sure, I'll give you a million dollars,' and she DID. Right on the tip. It was terrifying... apparently, she'd broken that arm a couple times, and now it can twist in unnatural ways.

So now I owe her a million dollars. I haven't seen her since fifth grade, but I'm sure one day she'll turn up on my doorstep demanding money.

Yep, I can. I don't reach the tip though, but I come creepily close.
Yes, I just happen to have an abnormally long tongue. I can hang it out down all the way to the bottom of my chin. :P

So, I just got back from Little Mermaid on Broadway (my first ever Broadway show, and say what you will, I LOVED it). As you probably know by now, I'm a humongous fan of Norm Lewis, so I was really excited about possibly getting to meet him. When I came out for stage door, I was behind a really tall guy, so I shyly asked him if he could tell me when Triton came out because I'm a big fan. And the guy said, "Oh, sure! I know Norm!"

What were the chances of that? So Norm Lewis comes out, and this guy just yells "HEY, NORM!" and the two of them start talking, and then the guy points to me and Norm signs my paper! I said to him that he was my favourite Javert as well (which is a lie, he's my second-favourite Javert after Terrence Mann), and he said "Oh, well, thank you! That means a lot!" And then my friend's mom got a picture, but...... she was holding the camera too high. It only got the top half of Norm's head, and nothing of me. So it's no good to post. :( Still, I was really, really thrilled. (I also got autographs from the actors playing Prince Eric, one of the eels, and the French chef, who are my other three characters.)

THAT'S SO INCREDIBLY SPIFFY!!!! *overreacting* I want to see that picture, Schmerguora.

On a rather unrelated note, one of the flight attendants on my flight back from Oregon looked exactly like a female version of Terrence Mann. Exactly. Enough so that I almost asked her whether she was related to him.

I didn't mentio nti was book!Claquesous I love, not musical!Claquesous, he looked too pleased. Only the forum nerds, eh?

Oh my gosh, that's such a cute picture! And I am ludicrously jealous.

Your glasses are adorable, too. As are the boyzz.

Aw, that picture too adorable.

And I think it's great when you show the lesser known characters some love. It makes the actor's day, it really does.

Reviving this thread in order to share new stage door goodness.

Meh, I guess I don't mind sharing my OMG I LOOK CREEPY AND STONED photo, haha. It's huge and I don't want to resize it again.

Kevin Earley, who plays Enjolras in the current production at Pittsburgh CLO, and who had been Enjolras in the tour years ago. :D He's awesome, and Marianne thought he looks like Thaxton.

Is it weird that my first thoughts were that your jewelry is really cute and that the one way sign seems to be emerging from his head?

It looks like you had fun at that Pittsburgh LM, though!

LOL thanks. The earrings were $5 and the necklace $8 and yeah, I'm pretty fond of 'em myself. :D and yes, I did notice the thing about the one-way sign.

That production was pretty awesome, I gotta say. Maybe I'll c/p my review over here when I'm less worn out and lazy.

Great photo! And I didn't think stoned, I thought how much I liked the pattern on your top.

And I thought, "Ooo! Actor man has curly blond-ish hair!" Although I did notice the lovely necklace.

Incidentally, does anyone know if Thaxton is still playing in London?
