Any Fellow Whovians Out There?

Postby Je suis obsédé 24601 » Sun Jan 12, 2014 10:27 am

I love the show, and just got back into it after taking a break (school). My dad started with Tom Baker *years* ago, and when I was in the 6th grade, he showed it to me, and thus *waves magic wand* I got David Tennant's "sand shoes". They were so cool that I called them my Doctor Who Shoes. Of course when I saw that someone else was playing him (Matt Smith) I stopped watching. When I was younger, I didn't quite grasp the concept of his name. I asked my Dad "Dad, what does the Who stand for? *Le gasp* Does he make the Dr. Pepper? THATS IT!" Lol I was like 6 :oops: .

I'm trying to watch more original Who. I have seen quite a few episodes of Tom Baker, Peter Davidson, Sylvester McCoy, I have seen the T.V. movie (the 8th Doctor, Paul McGahn), I have seen all of Christopher Eccleston, every episode from David Tennant except for the Planet Of The Dead, and all of Matt Smith. My parents got me this book of Monsters from the First Doctor, William Hartnell, to the Tenth Doctor, David Tennant. So basically, I could rant on and on forever and a week about how much this show means to me. Once I got in trouble and the consequence my parents gave me was taking Doctor Who away. I died.

I loved the 50th Anniversary, and the fact that he didn't actually kill all the timelords. YAY! :D I thought that the 3D picture was really cool and I want to find a way to do that in the future. :D I would say that Doctor Who has changed my life greatly with the thinking I have to do (British T.V. is so much better, and clever-er then American T.V.) and the cool epic-ness of having something to look forward to. I talk with my friends about it all the time, and ironically, almost every one of my friends loves Doctor Who.

Like I said, I could go on forever, but then you wouldn't have any eyeballs left XD
Rory listen she's not dead. *Actually* she is dead. But its not the end of the world. Well it is the end of the world. Actually its the end of the universe.

Sweet surrender, what a night!

My brother is a big fan and we have watched pretty much every episode of the reboot together and I have only one thing to say: Captain Jack Harkness :mrgreen:
It's easier to be odd or crazy or insane than to hurt all the time.

Be who you are and say what you mean. Because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

God is not dead, nor doth He sleep;
The wrong shall fail, the right prevail.
