Guilty Pleasures

Postby Rachel » Wed Apr 10, 2013 7:09 pm

Oh, don't pretend you haven't read a really crappy book but loved it, or read a terribly characterized fanfic and loved every minute of it. What weird ships do you ship? Spill your guilty pleasures here. (I won't judge you) Probably

I trust that you won't judge me, but will everybody promise not to judge?

Combeferre and 'Ponine. I'm obsessed with those two. Mostly in a modern AU. In a My Fair Lady sense of things, like him helping her get educated, and taking care of her after she gets depressed for Marius or abused at home  Maybe it is because Combeferre is such a major Remus Lupin in my head.
Then I saw their trembling features warp and, gradually,
Their foreheads turn pale and dissolve in front of me,
And everyone, like a stream that flows into a sea,
Became completely lost in a dark immensity.

OH God, please don't judge me.
I'm still writing Antigone / Enjolras with some Combeferre / Ismenê and a bit of Enjolras/Combeferre bro fluff type things. It's up to 16 pages of ... well... not sure. By the way there is NO SEX.

Do Veggie Tales and Liberty's Kids count?

Crap Modern AU's on AO3

Combeferre/Éponine. It's so cute and awfully unlikely but so adorable! Modern AU.

Grantaire/Cosette Friendship. I've read a few fics with this on AO3 and I kind of adore it. Nevermind the fact that it's utterly out of character for both. Also Modern AU.

Sickfics and hurt/comfort fics. They are serious comfort food.

And that's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure I'll come up with some more later on.
KITTENS AND UNICORNS AND RAINBOWS OH MY! *Sparkles*

Liberty's Kids and Veggie Tales would be on my list also.

Sickfics/comfort fics.... they are touching.
ImageTime Machine Theory:According to some people, Hugo had a time machine and based Enjolras on this user but made a male version of this user.

I AD'd not one but two series currently playing on ID. I thank you for your viewership.

And I have no guilty pleasures. Everything I like is awesome because I like it.

Guess who has reached Night of Anguish on the CSR and wants to curl up into a ball and die?

Also, Valjean/Javert-fics...
