The Various Misérable Doodles of TheRandomPhangirl

Postby TheRandomPhangirl » Tue Feb 19, 2013 1:18 pm

I draw a lot. Because what else is a girl supposed to do whilst bored at weekends?

It's Combeferre, whom I adore.

If I did meet this Combeferre in person, I'd definitely chat him up! Nice work!

Looking good 'Ferre!! That's my kinda guy!!

And I don't mean this in a nasty way, I mean, I adore your drawings and all, but why does Courfeyrac look like he's wearing lipstick? Or has he come fresh off a snogging session (in your drawing), in which case, those lovely painted lips would make perfect sense!! Like I said, I don't intend to be nasty or mean, it's only an observation I made.

Yeah, that has been bugging me a bit. I put too much red into it and it scanned horribly, so he looks like he's either a) about to dress in drag or b)just made out with someone. In the original painting which I don't have anymore, his lips were more...natural looking. Methinks I should have taken a photo instead of scanning, but the damage is done now.

In compensation, I could offer Pirate!Courfeyrac...

The freckles are inspired by one of my friends (who basically is Courfeyrac) and the footer was made up by one of my fellow cast members in my acting troupe. (because I spent far too much time of my backside backstage) ;)

And thank you Azelma! Feedback will always be appreciated!

But WAIT! There's more! Thank you, snow day....

Surely I don't need to say what scene this is.
