Yeah, well, at least according to me, anyway...

I mean, I can't imagine any of the Les Amis having a neat and clean handwriting (except perhaps for Enjolras)...and I don't mean it in a sarcastic way.

I can't even see Enjolras having neat handwriting... Marius- probably, Cosette- totally ;)

It would be really ironic if Grantaire surprised us all and had the neatest handwriting when he was sober...

And why not?

I'd dread to see at least Joly's handwriting.

Wow, you all have such beautiful handwriting. :D Mine is pretty plain in comparison, but here's my contribution:

You all have very interesting handwriting.

So, my edition of the Brick isn't in English. It's a somewhat outdated Brazilian edition from 1967, and as such it will have some accents no longer used. For my quote, I selected the part in the Brick in which Javert is first introduced.

Picture linked here.

(For some reason I had to remove most colors from the picture. It all looked very blue, because my camera wasn't cooperating. Hmph.)
It is of public knowledge that Monsieur l'Inspecteur has the right to pronounce his name dramatically and with added emphasis whenever he sees fit.

Thank you! I've had plenty of time to practice it. But, curiously enough, my handwriting looks most like 19th century handwriting when I'm using a Sharpie or a mechanical pencil instead of my fountain pen. :?

Here are my history notes on Henry the Second of England, so you can see what my normal handwriting is like, sorry it's sideways:

I like it, Sparks! Honestly, your handwriting doesn't surprise me at all. It just kind of makes sense. :D The quote is a very nice one, too. And I love the red and black.
