He was given a new life with no memories of Angel etc. by Wolfram and Hart. In Season Five, only Angel and a few others remember his existence.
SPOILER He does come back in After the Fall, though, and play a certain part in a couple of episodes. /SPOILER I was t...

Large French Revolution Hotties picture post edited by Admin due to photo size WIN.   Andrea Chénier is not so much my thing, I must admit I find it a bit cheesy. :) Werther... even less so. Why do they have to have Charlotte jonesing over Werther when she NEVER does that in the boo...

As far as "Undead" (is that the correct title?), and been spoilered about Children of Earth. Well, unexpected, but - all you slashers will be after my blood now  - it actually doesn't bother me so much. My first reaction was "Fine by me, and now you need to find a really good exc...

The name you're looking for is Hilary Mantel, the one already negatively mentioned above (her obsessing over Desmoulins and depiction of the Duplays somewhat pissed me off in "A Place of Greater Safety", though altogether I found the book quite enjoyable). Robert R. Palmer's books can be r...

Yessss, RTL 2 will be showing the second season too. :D I've come as far as "Random Shoes" (liked Gwen in it, but what the hell happened to the others? especially Ianto kinda was the episode equivalent for "endangered species" in that one :) ). Specials, Loony? What specials?

My favourite season of Angel is the fifth actually. But I assume I'm alone with that here. Oh well, Angel is the only one who can pull off wearing a white tank top under a fancy jacket and still looking all smartly dressed, so that's a big plus for the first season: Angel managing to pull THAT off. ...

I must admit I've never read a Saint-Just biography. I have read "Twelve Who Ruled" though, which devotes some part to him too. (and I guess pretty much every Jacobin nerd here has read it)

Borchert did okay as Leopold Mozart, but the role was so simple that even I could sing it. Apart from that... just seen him far too often, and never liked his voice. Also, Kröger has gotten somewhat fat in those past years. Him as Colloredo, trying to hide his rather bulging stomach... that was quit...

Nope, I don't particularly like it either, but that doesn't mean other people can like it. Fine by me. I just find it annoying when people claim their OTP is in the book when clearly it isn't.

Yep, obvious. Veeery obvious. Hugo even compares Enjolras to Saint-Just explicitly. Oh, and there is a passage in Robert R. Palmer's "Twelve Who Ruled" where he describes Saint-Just and it sounds a lot like Hugo describes Enjolras. :D Anyone want me to type it up for you? Would have to dig...
