Re: Upcoming US Tour

Will anyone be seeing it in Los Angeles this summer? Turns out I won't be in Portland when LM is there (which is--really unfortunate, seeing as I will actually be in Portland). But there is a chance I'll see it in LA. ...and I'd like to add that they'll be coming to Boise, Idaho, in September of 2012.

Re: General Chatter

Speaking as Cosette, I can't believe I went out at that time of day WITHOUT a bonnet or chemisette! (OMG, u guyz, Marius shuld never hav chosen Cosette, shes just a flirt.) You in an 1830s dress is the greatest thing to come back to. :3 You/it are both gorgeous. My Barricade Day(s) were decent enou...

Re: Pencil Sketches, PG - Enjolras, Canne de Combat

You already know my thoughts on the Enjolras one (<3), but I just saw the Courfeyrac sketch and wanted to belatedly add that I love it. I envy your ability to draw textures; also, that's strikingly similar to how I imagine Courfeyrac in my head. Another gorgeous drawing.

Re: Les Gutterables Strikes Back: Book Edition

(really rather along the lines of "I've come to sleep with you" when it's "I've come to sleep at your place" - Hugo didn't write the slashy; the translators did.) I'd always thought it was the opposite of that. xD (Knowing Courfeyrac, though, he's heard "I've come to sleep ...

Re: Visual Inspirations for Characters

Despard, wheeere do you find these? They are gorgeous and I kind of want them framed and on my wall!!

I think that is definitely Bahorel. (Looking.) Just look at the trousers! And the waistcoat!

ETA: Disneyland's Wendy is actually Cosette.

Re: Musical Movie?

Well, "ugly" is relative and if I am not mistaken she is called that once in the book. I think living in poverty could make you "unattractive", though, just because of the lack of food which means lack of health which means not healthy looking. So yeah. I don't think Lea Michele ...

Re: 2011/2012 cast (West end)

And, also, this is the last season without the tour orchestrations. They're explanding the orchestra a little bit and are getting rid of the orchestrations. I just pray it'll be the compromise they played at the O2 and not the rubbish IDAD intro etc. And I already miss Javert's Suicide, Lovely Ladi...

Re: General Chatter

Am I the only one left on the internet who has never seen Doctor Who or Torchwood? (Well, I have seen some Doctor Who if only for I was partially named after one of the characters, but it's early 80's Doctor Who so I am 20 years behind!)

Re: Visual Inspirations for Characters

I LOVE the second one! Definitely a Courfeyrac! The hair on the girl is lovely, too. That publication is so fab. (Also the third is making me giggle hysterically. It's the sleeves.)

Re: 3.4 Les amis de l'ABC 24/2/11-1/3/11

How many people's open to a page in this section? Mine can't decide between "Joly, get yourself some leather pants" and "Marius, you're an idiot", so the pages between just sort of stick up in the air :) Mine FELL APART at this section. I had to tape it back together and now the...

Re: Animated Les Mis?

Has anyone ever seen the '92 French cartoon? Eleven and a half hours; Mary Sue-Cosette of the finest and a lot of things where my first comment was: "I thought that kind of thing only happens in fanfiction". Never watch it when sober! I'm intrigued. Do you know where I could find this? El...
